Refund Policy
Refund Policy Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive punctured or leaking cans, or if items are missing from your order, reach out to us right away at hello@enjoynotbeer.com and we'll make it right with a credit or replacement.
Minor dents don't affect the product quality and aren't eligible for refunds or exchanges. Not Beer doesn't accept standard returns or exchanges, except for packages returned due to address issues or shipping damage.
Damaged Cans When cans arrive damaged, here's how we handle it:
- 1-3 damaged cans: We'll issue a store credit for the value of damaged product
- 4+ damaged cans: We'll send replacement cans at no charge
Missing Orders Sometimes packages get marked "delivered" but arrive the next day. Give it 24 hours after the delivery confirmation, then contact hello@enjoynotbeer.com if it still hasn't shown up. We'll investigate and provide either replacement product or a full refund.
